Found this place via Instagram and instantly fell in love. Espresso and books by day, wine and live music by night - perfect place for me to relax and get work done remotely. Hidden jewel. And so welcoming. It's a must visit.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was publicly humiliated for petting the owners cat. It was sitting on a window bench inside the store and she yelled at me saying it was going to scratch me in my face. Then proceeded to talk about me to other customers loud enough for me to hear. If the cat scratches, why is it in your store? And the way she handled the situation was not professional. They made me very uncomfortable. I felt very unwanted and I will not be returning. So thanks for nothing but a sugared down iced coffee.
Great little bookstore with coffee as well as other drinks! Perfect local spot if you're in need of wine/beer and live music on the weekends! They have the cutest little mascot, Socks who is the resident cat!
Cute little local coffee and book shop that also has a small bar. Worth browsing here if staying at Topsail Beach.
This is the incredibly shrinking bookstore. At this point it isn't even a cresent moon. They need to change the name to The Quarter Moon Coffee and Drink Stop. Nice people but lots of people drive 15 miles down the island for books. Better go to the dollar store if looking for books.
